To enter Dictria click on the enter Dictria] link and wait for the application to load.
While Dictria´s application is loading you will get a message asking if you trust this application and you have to say "yes" to be able to view Dictria.
The environment will become a separate application working within the browser window itself. This might take some seconds depending on the speed of your internet connection and the traffic at our server.While having Dictria open you can always come back to this page, through a link situated in the lower section of the window. We recommend that you use a mouse when you navigate in Dictria.If you experience problems, please read the troubleshooting] section.
When Dictria is loaded, here is what to do;
Short explenation:
You ned to press a keyboard key and move you mouse at the same time to navigate in Dictria.
The keys in use are "W", "S", "A", "D" for movement.
The "W" key= move forward
The "S" key= move backward
The "A" key = move left
The "D" key = move right
How to navigate:
Experiment with the navigation to better understand how to maneuver in Dictria. You can move in the space by using different keys from the keyboard. To move forward you press the "W" key, to move backwards the "S" key, left the "A" key and right you press the "D" key.While pressing these keys with you left hand, you should use the mouse to rotate and change the view, by click-moving the mouse, with your right hand. This navigation can have similarities to other spacial applications and games. The space is full of rectangular frames and if you take a closer look at them, you can see words moving within them.

You ned to click on a word while dragging, to be able to move a word.
How to move words:
If ther is other people present, you should be able to see words moving within some of the rectangular frames. When you move your mouse over one of the frames, the border change color, indicating that it is clickable. If you click on one of the rectangular frames it is brought to the foreground, now filling 1/3 of the window. You can change the position of a word, by dragging it to a new positions, within the bouandaries of the rectangle. To change a word from one rectangular frame to another, you have to drag it into the common word-pool, situated in the bottom of the window,which serves as an intermediate pallet. You close the poster, by clicking the [X] icon, in the upper right corner.
Short explenation:
Click the [+] icon, enter an RSS feed and hit the create button.
How to add new words:
To import new words to Dictria, you must click on the [+] icon and, for this prototype, a new window will be created. The window will contain a text-area and when you have found a RSS-feed you like, copy and past the feeds address into the text-area and click the [create] icon. The RSS-feed you have entered will be converted into separate moveable words, that appears within a new rectangular frame in Dictria.
